Do Not Call Policy
HealthInsuranceBenefits.org, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” in this Policy, will not make marketing telephone calls, including text messages, to numbers listed on State or Federal Do Not call List (unless permitted by applicable law) or to individuals who have specifically requested to not receive telemarketing calls from HCS Help Online.
If you request to be added to our internally-maintained Do Not Call list, we will honor your request and ensure that you are not contacted during any future telemarketing campaigns for the next five years or any longer period required by law. We will process your request within a reasonable amount of time, not exceeding 30 days or any shorter period required by law. Our employees are trained on this Policy and understand how to document, process, and honor requests to be added to our Do Not Call list.
Any third-party making telemarketing calls on our behalf must comply with this Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Do Not Call Policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page and indicated by the modification date above.
